My name is Scott Tingley and I am a teacher in New Brunswick (Can.) and I have an education / comic website called Comics in the classroom. Its purpose is to give other teachers, parents and librarians ideas for finding and using comics for both the eager and reluctant readers in their lives.

Welcome to my forums and thanks to Mike Bullock and Runemaster Studios for setting them up and giving me the space.

Feel free to comment on anything that I have up on my site - both positive and negative. Also, you can start your own threads.

I started my site in the fall of 2005 and this is the first time I have been in control of anything like this - so please be gentle

Congratulations on your new forums. I think this is a vital part of your site that has been missing. Keep up the great work and look forward to seeing this place filled with new users. Seems like a long time ago we were talking about you doing a column for me. So glad that you let yourself be talked into setting up a site of your very own.

Who am I? I'm a 15 year old teen who lives in Ontario, Canada, who has his mind on girls 99% of the time and 1% on school, sports and comic books [plus some other things]. Been a comic book fan since I was about 9 or 10 and my favourite comic at the moment is Moonstone Books, The Phantom. Hmmmmm.... and I have sexy hair
