These days, I'm listening to Chris Tomlin, Jeremy Camp, Newsboys, Demon Hunter, Living Sacrifice and Becoming the Archetype, mostly.
How about you?
Most of the time, at work and in my car, I listen to XM Cinemagic. They play movie music and even some clips from movies.
When I'm not listening to stuff for youth choir and praise band, I've been listening to Selah, ABBA and various Disney stuff (mainly Mousercise, Splashdance and The Fox & the Hound 2 soundtrack). I also got out my LP of "Dave Digs Disney" by the Dave Brubeck Quartet. Great stuff.

I have been listening to old stuff.
Peter Frampton, Boston.

Nice, I was just listening (learning to play) some Chris Tomlin a bit ago for church this week.
The new Becoming the Archetype is pretty slick.
Lately I've been going to the "back of the rack" - a lot of old Metal like Shy, Dokken, Def Leppard, Shadow Gallery, Fate, Fates Warning.
Awaiting the new one from CAGE which is going to be killer. New Megadeth comes out today, may get that and see how 'ol Mustaine is progressing.

I need to do that as well, but I just got my guitar fixed up after sitting for 10 years and it'll be awhile before I learn enough of the songs to actual be of any use to the band...

I don't think it's possible to be in a church band and not do at least one Chris Tomlin song per week. (MAYBE two weeks.) He's just one of the best active Christian songwriters and performers today. As many times as I have heard and played "Indescribable," it is still as powerful as it was when I first heard it.

I was at a concert of my favorite singer,
Viktoria Tolstoy, last night. I had an amazing time, got her autogramm on a CD and a picture with her. I couldn't be any more happy!!

So now it's the 'fallout' of last night and I'm listening to her CDs on and on. "My Swedish Heart" is on right now.

I constantly listen to Fred Eaglesmith and John Prine. I would love to check out any "Alternative Country" Christian bands, but I don't know of any. Anyone know of any? NO current Country music radio type bands please!
